YEAR ROUND SELECTION
AMBER ALE ● 4.8% ABV ● 330ml Bottle/Draft
American Amber Ale
The Killer Sprocket Amber Ale is the first beer on offer from newcomer Killer Sprocket. This Amber Ale pours a clear, deep ruby-copper with a thin, quickly-dissipating head. Utilising Pale, Munich, Crystal and Chocolate malts, its bouquet reveals a backbone of toffee, with some caramel and dark fruit supporting, and a pleasingly slight level of roasting. In the mouth, a combination of Cascade, East Kent Goldings and Amarillo hops, used subtly, provide a wonderful balance to the malt, showing good dryness to correspond with the malt’s predominant sweetness, and allow the beer to finish bitter. The Killer Sprocket Amber Ale is a classic ale, utilising only water, hops, yeast and malt. Although malty and complex, and well-enjoyed with your creamy, biscuity or chocolate desserts, the Killer Sprocket Amber is wonderfully refreshing served cold in the warmer weather.

Killer Sprocket/KAIJU! KaKS Cotmari ● 6.2% ABV ● 500ml Bottle/Draft
Black Rye IPA
Kaiju! and Killer Sprocket collaborated on a one off beer for déjà vu bar’s meet the brewers session in December 2014. This is what cames out of two brewers trying to one up each other when designing a recipe. This beer might just have had too many hops and too much malt, especially rye. Not being able to leave well enough alone they brewed it again for Good Beer Week 2015, this time it is for the rest of Australia.
