WHITE ● 4.5% ABV ● 330ml Bottle/Draft
White Beer / Witbier
The one that brought our little brewery off the farm and into the city. It’s a Belgian-style wheat beer that uses our unique yeast strain to create a distinctive sweet and sour aroma and spicy citrus flavour.
SMOKED PORTER ● 4.9% ABV ● 330ml Bottle/Draft
We make sure the gentle bitterness of this beer is rounded out with a classic malt flavour in true porter style. But to make things uniquely Feral (as we like to do), we add a subtle hickory flavour from German malts smoked over Beechwood, which gives this porter a truly special and unexpected character.
KARMA CITRA ● 5.8% ABV ● 330ml Bottle/Draft
India Black Ale
A relatively new beer style sees a high proportion of dark malts combined with resinous and floral new world American hops. The dark malt adds chocolate and toffee undertones whilst American citra hops add a tropical and citrus hop aroma and flavour.

BORIS ● 11.5% ABV ● 330ml Bottle/Draft
Russian Imperial Stout
Boris is jet black in colour with an off-white head. The aroma is dark chocolate and coffee. The flavour starts like an espresso then fades to a multitude of toasty, roasted and caramel malt flavours. Clean, crisp and full bodied with warmth from the high alcohol content lightening up the feel. 52 IBU OG 1101
WARHOG ● 8.0% ABV ● 375ml Can/Draft
An 8.0% American IPA, known to a few draught beer venues and drinkers around Australia as Feral Cat. Now, as the marketing team can’t leave anything alone and as a nod to our Swan Valley brewing friends, Feral Cat seemed a little too cute and cuddly, so like any jerk cat would, he has scratched off his own cute little furry face to reveal himself as a bad ass tusk bearing Hog, now known as War Hog.
SLY FOX ● 4.7% ABV ● 375ml Can/Draft
This sneaky little beer is light on its feet but still packs a punch of flavour. We lightly filter the beer to get a vibrant hoppy aroma that pairs perfectly with a summer’s day.
To be known as the “Brewpub Series” these limited releases of package beer sees the brewery select a favorite from their huge selection of beers available all day every day at the brewpub in the Swan Valley, Western Australia and brew it at our production brewery for a very small bottling run. The aim is to release a new Brewpub Series every 3-4 months which will be available in bottles and limited kegs in QLD.
FINN DIESEL ● 6.6% ABV ● 330ml Bottle
Lupulin Powder IPA
Inhale the intoxicating exhaust of pine, perfume and citrus as this rust bucket of a beer shudders and backfires sweet, heady fumes deep into the atmosphere. Late kettle hopping fuels bitterness as the strong malt body jump starts the palate to leave your senses understeered and overheated. This is a death trap from another time, passed over the pits, free to once again cruise the mean suburban streets.
BLOODNUT (FANTAPANTS) ● 7.5% ABV ● Draft/330ml Bottle
Imperial Red IPA
Proud and bold, this full bodied pigment-blotter of a beer is not afraid to reveal its bitter & fiery temper. From collar to cuff, the slightly sweet aromas of passionfruit, pineapple & citrus enflame the senses, before the rich, caramel body & strong, malty roots ensure this beer will not quietly recess into the night.
ACE OF BASE ● 8.3% ABV ● 330ml Bottle
Imperial India Saison
We saw the sign and were inspired to pull this golden oldie out from our back catalogue. Ace of Base is an Imperial India Saison, brewed to showcase Sorachi Ace hops which deliver a front of stage citrus explosion, in perfect rhythm with a dry and assertive bitterness out back, leaving a delicious resinous hop mouthfeel that's off the charts.

HOPFEN FAHRT ● 6.4% ABV ● 330ml Bottle/Draft
Recent times has seen the traditional hop growing regions of Germany endeavouring to breed flamboyant and expressive aroma and flavour hops to rival the varieties offered by the new world US, New Zealand and Australian growers. We thought it was about time to see what these new German hops were all about and have sourced the high oil varieties of Polaris, Mandarina Bavaria, Saphire and Herkules. RAGING FLEM ● 7.6% ABV ● 330ml Bottle/Draft
The Raging Flem combines the traditional ferment driven Belgian style with the new world movement for floral American hops to create a blend of new and old. The Raging Flem has been brewed using a mixed bag of specially selected Australian and European malts, a truck load of American Hops including Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook with a special addition of Belgium candy sugar to round out a unique brew. The Raging Flem was named a number of years ago by the Local Taphouse Alestars in St Kilda, where the idea of Feral Brewing a Belgian IPA was born. You see the name is not as dirty as it sounds. As history tells us the IPA style was born in the late 18th century when the British loaded up their sailing ships with heavily hopped beers to travel across the raging seas to India. Flem? Well the Flemish people reside in Belgium, known for producing some of the world’s best yeast driven ales.
BIGGIE JUICE ● 6.0% ABV ● Draft
NEIPA (Hazy IPA)
B.I.G. Juicy and enough tropical fruits to pimp out a 2 time Olympic gold medal winning coxless 4 man rowing team. It was all a dream…To make an East Coast out the Valley. Ok, so we’re a little awful on the rhyme front, but we did manage to hustle a Juicy West Coast v East Coast collab brew with Melbourne’s Royston Hotel. Turf wars aside – the Royston crew joined us over in the West to brew a beer teaming with punchy tropical hip hop aromas full of apricot, peaches and passionfruit. Day dreamin in a cloud of haze, this IPA is intentionally cloudy contributing to a creamy mouth feel.
DARK MATTER ● 6.0% ABV ● Draft
Chocolate, Coffee & Vanilla Porter
In a sea of black, Dark Matter is both hypnotising and disorientating. Tanzanian coffee, Dutch cocoa, and Madagascan vanilla pod aromas float into the atmosphere before its gravitational pull steers glass to mouth. Connection is made, locked and air hatches sealed, providing safe passage between man and substance. The merging of lactose combines the coffee, chocolate and vanilla flavours into a smooth and rounded brew.
