Rye Pale Ale
We all know what a billy cart is. 4 wheels nailed to a plank and a box in its simplest form and a source of fun and enjoyment for kids all over the world. At its most complex though a billy cart becomes a “gravity racer” and they are built to the same precision and aerodynamic principles as the pinnacle of motorsport- Formula One. Our Billy Cart is brewed with the same philosophy. The same attention to detail and flavour focus that we apply to our bigger beers is also true for our smallest beer. This results in a sleek and well flavoured Rye Pale Ale with a bright copper colour and aromas from both Northern and Southern Hemisphere hops. The rye provides a light spicy character in the background to a balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Sure to provide fun and enjoyment to the gravity racer in us all.

Extra Pale Ale
Whilst our brewery is in Yeerongpilly we are in fact only a block away from Brisbane Icon The Magic Mile. For many Brisbane locals The Magic Mile has played some part in a car purchase of their own or a friend or family member. So many cars, so many options, so much colour! How could we not pay tribute to this famous stretch? And how could we not do it with a beer that shows such hop colour and variety as our XPA. Magic Mile XPA has a very assertive hop profile from both new & established US hop varieties. Tropical and citrus fruits dominate the nose with a strong piney bitterness over a balancing biscuity malt back bone. The finish is medium to dry resulting in a very quenching and moreish beer for its 5.5% abv.
G-FORCE IPA ● 6.5% ABV ● Draft / 375ml CANS
East Coast American IPA
Well we couldn’t be a hop forward brewery without an IPA could we? For us at Slipstream the big debate though was where on the flavour spectrum our first IPA should sit. Should we do a classic American IPA? An India Black Ale? An Imperial IPA? Ultimately what we kept coming back to was an IPA that we wanted to drink again and again. Something with a bright and fruity hop nose, a firm bitterness and extreme drinkability. G-force IPA is brewed using completely late kettle additions of new hop varieties to create a beer with a hop focus on bright flavours and big oil content to exceed the bitterness. Inspired in part by the Vermont variants of IPA the hop bill reads like a who’s who of desirable modern hops. Like all Slipstream beers G-force is completely unfiltered and has a natural haze that will go bright in the keg or can.

German Style Pilsner
As a modern hop forward brewery much of our focus is naturally on the exciting fruit driven hop varieties from the New World. However, we do remember that assertively hopped beers have been around for a lot longer than the modern craft beer revolution. With this in mind we created Yerongpils, our German inspired Pilsner. Named after our local area, Yerongpils is brewed with German malts and a combination of German Noble Hops and their Southern Hemisphere descendants. Spicy and floral hop aromas blend with fresh bready malt notes to temper a firm but not overpowering bitterness. Yerongpils has a dry finish that further strengthens its drinkability.

American Red Ale
Everyone knows red ones go faster. All American hops bring the power of citrus and pine, with the malts balancing the flavours to ensure a smooth drive.. Easy to drink without getting revved up.

Tropical Pale Ale
Shimmering pale gold like sand beneath the tropical sun, this fruity beauty is bursting with mango, pineapple, and guava characters. Perfect for long summer afternoons. Garnish with a little umbrella and a wedge of pineapple.
WHITE IPA ● 6.0% ABV ● Draft/375ml Cans
White (Wheat) IPA
White gold at its finest. We’ve used both malted and unmalted wheat to give a slightly lighter body to this American style IPA, leaving more room for the hops to play around up front.

Brown Porter with Rum and Coconut
A decadent treat. Brown porter roasty chocolate notes roll around your mouth with the rich silky notes of Beenleigh Hand Crafted 5 year old Double Barrel rum and coconut.
SLIPSTREAM X OXFORD TAPHOUSE PALE ● 4.3% ABV ● Draft
To celebrate the anniversary of the Oxford Taphouse, we got together and crafted an all Australian Pale Ale, using Australian border malt, grown in our region and malted in Brisbane. Australian hops being Cascade, Vic Secret and Galaxy, giving us a lovely piney/citrusy bitterness with fruity aromatics including passionfruit and orange. The perfect summer pale at a sessionable 4.3%.
PUMPKIN PIE ALE ● 4.5% ABV ● Draft/375ml Cans
Time for dessert. We’ve infused a rich golden ale with sweet pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice, capturing the essence of a traditional American pie. It’s something to be thankful for.

Single Hop Brut XPA
Sometimes brute force isn’t the answer. This approachable XPA uses low bitterness and low body to put the classic Citra hops in the spotlight. Enjoy the grapefruit and tropical notes before they’re whisked away.
UNION IPA ● 6.5% ABV ● Draft/375ml Cans
The British are coming! With UK hops and malt, we’re having marmalade and spicy fruitcake for tea, while biscuity malt holds the strong bitterness at bay. Stiff upper lip, and all that.
SESSION IPA ● 4.5% ABV ● Draft/375ml Cans
Brewed for the 2018 Beer InCider festival. With rich copper hues and solid bitterness, this sneaky IPA gets away with having lower alcohol. A little biscuity malt carries loads of pine, grapefruit, and sweet lychee. Hard to believe, easy to smash.
BLACK IPA ● 7.5% ABV ● Draft/375ml Cans
Pine and citrus flood the nose, with just a trickle of chocolate notes. American hops join single origin malt from NSW to create a bold drinking experience, with equal parts hop bitterness and roastiness.
BRUT CALYPSO IPA ● 7.5% ABV ● Draft/375ml Cans
Single Hop Brut IPA
Like a sparkling Chardonnay, only more beery. A pale gold IPA, with Calypso hops bringing crisp aromas of apple and pear, and tickling your tongue with stone fruit and zesty lime before finishing dry.
BRUT SHIRAZ IPA ● 7.5% ABV ● Draft
Brut IPA / Wine Hybrid
We created this beer using our Brut Calypso IPA wort, introducing some Australian Shiraz juice, then fermenting with a Belgian Abbey Ale yeast. Resulting in a bone dry beer with a light kiss of colour, courtesy of the Shiraz. The nose is a wonderful blend of classic Belgian esters and light wine notes. In the mouth the wine character shows up prominently and in harmony with the dry malt backbone. Brewed for our beer and wine loving friends at Craft, this is our interpretation of beer meets wine.
BRUT IPA ● 8.2% ABV ● Draft/375ml Cans
A little bit fancy. Clean, fruity white wine aromas fill the nose, hinting at the Champagne-like body. Lively carbonation dances with gentle tropical fruits, balancing out the bitterness with an extremely dry finish.
RED RYE IPA ● 6.0% ABV ● Draft/375ml Cans
Red Rye IPA
Like the red soil of the Outback, this beer is 100% Australian. Small batch Voyager malts bring chewy caramel and a touch of rye spiciness, paving the way for hoppy bursts of pine and passionfruit.

US Brown Ale
Lots of hops and lots of malt in this American Brown Ale. Big citrus and pine aromas over a rich malt body that still manages to be full yet not overtly sweet.
ANNIVERSARY ALE ● 10.0% ABV ● Draft/500ml Cans
A big and powerful stout. Very strong coffee and dark chocolate aroma in this pitch black beer. In the mouth it displays plenty of bitter chocolate notes with a strong roasted grain finish.
IIPA ● 8.5% ABV ● Draft/500ml Cans
A big American style IPA made with a combination of US & Australian hops. Lychee, pine grapefruit & passionfruit aroma, followed by a beer with a firm bitterness and malt balance.
PARFAIT MILKSHAKE IPA ● 6.5% ABV ● Draft
Lactose & Fruit IPA
GABS 2018. Parfait is a French desert which combines delicious fruit with cream. We’ve taken inspiration from this desert with the creation of our Parfait Milkshake IPA. We’ve added Pineapple, Mango, Guava and Raspberry to our IPA base of malt and tropical hops, such as Citra and Mosaic. It’s creamy mouthfeel and full body is attributed to the Lactose. Cloudy / Hazy in appearance like a Milkshake. The experience is enhanced by optional Nitrogenation.
GREEN HOP HARVEST ALE ● 5.2% ABV ● Draft
Fresh Hop Ale
This beer is a Single Origin Hop, Single Origin Malt Harvest Ale. We've used the freshest Australian Cascade hops available, direct from the vine to the brewery. The green hops bi-passed processing and were in our harvest ale within 24 hours of coming off the vine. We added these fresh hops late in the brewing process to maintain their aromatic and green hop character. Munich malt was sourced from a farm and craft maltster in Northern New South Wales, making this a 100% Australian single origin harvest ale. The exclusive use of Munich malt provides a rich malt back bone and deep amber hue that has balanced bitterness, citrus and subtle green hop flavours.
ADA'S ALE ● 4.5% ABV ● 375ml CANS/Draft
Hoppy Red Ale
Ada’s Ale was brewed for Josh and Aimee Collins (Blackbunny Kitchen) to commemorate and honour the memory of their special little girl who now dances in the sky. She showed us that light always shines through the cracks. Through the sale of Ada’s Ale we also aim to raise much needed funds for Precious Wings, who offer love, help and support to the families of babies and children that have gone too soon. An American style Red Ale packed with Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops. Light Toffee malt notes are the foundation for big hop flavour and aroma of citrus, lychee and lantana flower.
ACID FORCE ● 3.5% ABV ● 375ml CANS/Draft
Hoppy Kettle Sour
Made by lactic fermentation in the brew kettle. This beer has a citric and white wine hop aroma, provided by a judicious dry hopping of new German variety Mandarina Bavaria. The finish is dry and tart, ensuring sessionability.
LAGUNA PALE ALE ● 4.1% ABV ● 375ml CANS/Draft
Tropical Pale Ale
A refreshing and tasty hop driven pale ale. Full of tropical fruit aromas thanks to generous additions of a selection of southern hemisphere hops.
SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE IPA ● 6.5% ABV ● 375ml CANS/Draft
Collaboration with Brisbane Southside Bars - Tipplers Tap, Wandering Cooks, The Burrow, Pour Choices, Saccharomyces, Bosc and Archive. The beer utilises all Australian hops and malt. This beer is a classic new world IPA. The hops include Galaxy, Ella, Cascade, Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret, to give a fresh hop aroma of mango, lychee and other tropical citrus fruits. A firm bitterness across a medium bodied beer will quench our hop loving palates.
PELETON ● 4.9% ABV ● Draft
Slipstream Peleton is a Saison style farmhouse ale brewed with quenching the thirst of Brisbane’s workers in mind. Like all Slipstream beers Peleton is very much a hop forward beer, however in the tradition of the style the hops are continental varieties (Hallertau and Styrians) rather than the Australian, US and NZ hops used in most of our beers. In Fact, Peleton has the same hop loading as our Magic Mile XPA. Brewed using a newly available yeast Peleton has an aroma of ripe pears complimented by spice notes reminiscent of cinnamon, anise and allspice with a touch of lemon. In the mouth Peleton has an assertive hop bitterness over a bready malt background the leads to a crackingly dry finish. An ideal match for white mould cheeses or Thai style food.
ZOOBOMB ● 4.7% ABV ● Draft
We’ve always wanted to do a stout, and for no real reason other than we wanted to we decided that now was the right time to release Zoobomb. This is an American style stout full of hoppy goodness, but make no mistake it is a stout not an India Black Ale. Brewed with more than generous amounts of roast barley, black and chocolate malts Zoobomb is a very dark beer, as one might expect from a stout. The nose is a balance of citric hops held firmly in check by a roasted choc and coffee malt profile. In the mouth toffee, caramel and chocolate malt profiles are checked by a firm bitterness that is a balance of both hops and roasted malts. A style not too often seen in Australia and a beer we are rather fond of to say the least. … and if you are curious about the name, google it.

Collaboration with Calibre Craft Beer, Fitz & Potts and The Welcome Hotel. Assertively hopped with US tropical and citrus varieties. Fermented with Lager yeast to change up our XPA, making it an XPL
DAYTONA ● 4.5% ABV ● Draft
American Wheat Ale
Arriving just in time for Brisbane spring is slipstreams first wheat beer. Brewed with a blend of raw and malted wheat Daytona is a real quencher. The nose is hop dominated with big lime and pineapple aromas thanks to very generous new world hop additions. Initially soft in the mouth with a restrained bitterness and a dry finish.
ROAD RUNNER RED ● 5.1% ABV ● 375ml CANS/Draft
American Red Ale
Deep red in colour this Ale starts off with a floral, slightly citrus hop nose, hop flavour soon fades into the malty backbone of this red ale.
7G IPA ● 7.1% ABV ● Draft
American West Coast IPA
One IPA is never enough, and there is no such thing as too many hop varieties. Slipstream 7G IPA is 7% abv and contains 7 hop varieties. … Excessive? Maybe… Fun? Oh Yeah! A fuller malt profile to its stablemate G-force, allows us to ply even more hops into this beer to result in 50% more theoretical bitterness. The aroma is the strong pine and grapefruit that one would expect from a beer such as this. The bitterness is assertive but not excessive and combines with a moderately dry finish to check the malt in its place…. This is a hop driven beer after all!
BUGGY BROWN ● 4.5% ABV ● Draft
American Style Brown Ale
Have you ever felt that enough wasn’t yet enough? … Maybe it’s just us but we loved US brown ales but felt we wanted just a little more from them. …. It bugged us so we had to do something about it. Enter Buggy Brown. So technically this beer is a bit out of style for its type but that’s exactly what we were craving – a little more malt, a little more roast and a little more hops. Buggy Brown has a prominent American hop aroma of pine and citrus with a backdrop of rich malt. In the mouth deep roast chocolate flavours play alongside a strong bitterness to balance out deep caramel malt flavours. An absolute joy to pair alongside some BBQ’d food.
